2. Permanent Licence :- After 30 days of getting Learner's Licence an applicant becomes eligible to apply a driving licence in Assam.

Point to know while apply a driving licence in Assam

• A permanent driving licence has an  expiry and is valid only the date which is indicate the back side of your card.

• if date has expired.There is a validity of 30 days as granted from the date of issue.
